How We Got Started

Drainity began as a consultancy focused on commercial and residential site development. We helped engineers, builders, and property owners navigate regulations, evaluate sites, and design wastewater solutions that actually work in the real world—not just on paper.

As more homeowners started calling us for help with failing septic systems and tricky single-family lots, our work naturally expanded. We saw how stressful and confusing septic problems can be for families, and we decided to build a service model that supports everyone from large developments to individual homeowners.

Today, Drainity bridges both worlds:

Commercial & community projects – site development, advanced treatment systems, cluster and community systems, and long-term operation & maintenance.
Single-family homes & small properties – repairs, replacements, upgrades, and support for aging or failing systems.

Who We Are

Darryl Webber has been in the septic industry for decades, working hands-on with systems in the ground. His experience covers installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and real-world solutions for systems under all kinds of conditions.

Edgar Diaz, REHS, is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist with decades of experience in water quality, environmental health, and regulatory compliance. Edgar’s background includes reviewing and approving septic designs from the county side of the counter, so he understands both how to design a good system and what reviewers look for.

Together, Darryl and Edgar combine field-tested know-how with regulatory and water quality expertise to give clients systems that are safe, compliant, and built to last.
